Richard Carlson

Richard regularly practises in the areas of Business Law, Civil Litigation involving Business Matters and Real Estate. He has acted for many private individuals, business owners, banks, trust and finance companies, national and local shopping centre owners. He has represented clients in many trials, chamber hearings and appeals in the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench and Court of Appeal.

Richard has taught at the Law Society Bar Admissions Course and has presented at various local seminars. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. He has served in various positions on local, provincial and national charitable organizations.

Richard is an avid photographer. He plays soprano cornet in the Bridge City Brass Band and is actively involved in ballroom dance with his wife, Trang. They live in Saskatoon with their son, Sang.
