Michael G. Derbowka

Born and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Mike has worked hard to build his legal practice, the focus of which is real estate law. In dedicating his practice largely to this area, Mike has gained a tremendous wealth of experience and a refined skillset that ultimately enables him to facilitate an efficient and detailed transaction for his clients. That said, Mike is a true ‘people person.’ While he strives to teach and illustrate to his clients along the way, he delights in getting to know his clients and learn of their diverse and varied backgrounds. It is a privilege and honour for him to provide his services to the people of Saskatoon and Saskatchewan.

Growing up in Prince Albert Saskatchewan, Mike was active in Ukrainian dancing, minor hockey and soccer. Mike has refused to hang up his dancing boots and currently dances with an adult dance troupe in Saskatoon – ‘Solovei.’ Mike has always been involved with his Ukrainian-Canadian community and culture and has had the opportunity to travel to Ukraine on three separate occasions.

Mike spends as much of his spare time as possible with his family, whether at their cabin at Weyakwin Lake or cheering on the Saskatchewan Riders. He is also an avid outdoors person and loves the thrill of catching walleye. There is no greater place to be than on a lake in northern Saskatchewan in mid-July!
