Matthew Wawryk

Matthew practices in the areas of business law, wills and estates, civil litigation, and real estate. He regularly assists business clients with incorporations, reorganizations, commercial leases, shareholders agreements, commercial real estate, and general business matters. He is experienced in commercial litigation and general litigation matters including construction litigation and builders’ liens. He aims to provide his clients with a wide variety of services including assistance with estate planning and residential real estate.

Matthew was born and raised in Saskatoon and went to school at the University of Saskatchewan. He has worked at Cuelenaere LLP his entire career. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and The Saskatoon Trial Lawyers Association. He regularly presents on a variety of topics at local seminars.
