Jayme R. Mitchell

Born and raised on a farm just North of Nipawin, Saskatchewan, Jayme primarily practices Real Estate law and Wills and Estates law. Jayme has considerable experience in residential real estate and subdivisions.

Jayme has presented to various audiences, real estate agents and developers on topics concerning: Wills and estate planning and residential real estate, including: buying and selling condominiums; rent-to-owns / agreements for sale; what you should know when getting into the real estate market and frequently asked questions when buying and selling. She has also presented to the Superannuated Teachers of Saskatchewan on the topic “Buying and Selling Condominiums”.

Jayme has acted as a presenter with Saskatchewan Legal Education Society of Saskatchewan Inc. (SKLESI), Public Legal Education Society of Saskatchewan (PLEA) and Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) and has served as an instructor and lecturer at the Saskatchewan CPLED Bar Admission Course in the area of Real Estate Law and Practice Management.

Jayme is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association.
