Jamie Nykolaishen focuses her practice on condominium law, corporate, commercial, and business transactions along with commercial and residential real estate. She has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of condominium development, board governance, and owner disputes. Her corporate practice includes all aspects from incorporation, business acquisitions, re-organizations to general corporate advising.
A recognized leader in condominium law, Jamie has served for over 20 years on the Canadian Condominium Institute board of directors at the local and national level and she frequently presents on condominium-related legal issues. She provides educational courses for condominium board members and owners, helping them navigate complex regulatory and governance matters.
Originally from Kamsack, Saskatchewan, Jamie holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan. She is actively involved in community initiatives, volunteering her time on various boards and committees.
