Born in Saskatoon, but raised in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan, Brad articled with the firm in 2002, joined the firm as an associate following his call to the bar in 2003 and became a partner in 2007. Brad practices primarily in the area of Real Estate, assisting clients with the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties. Additionally, he acts as counsel for a number Saskatoon’s top home builders and assists them in all areas of their business including incorporation, purchase and sale of their properties, and any litigation issues including builders liens. Brad is fluent in both of Canada’s official languages and is proud to serve clients in both French and English. He has successfully appeared as counsel before a number of administrative tribunals, all levels of Saskatchewan Courts and the Court of Queen’s bench in Manitoba and Alberta.

Professional & Community Involvement

Brad currently sits on the Board of Directors for Station 20 West and the executive committee for the Saskatoon Bar Association.

For a number of years Brad has acted as a facilitator and instructor in the Saskatchewan CPLED Bar Admission Course on the topic of Civil Litigation and continues to be actively evolved in the CPLED Bar Admission Program.

Brad is a member of Canadian Bar Association, Law Society of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, Association des juristes d’expression francaise de la Saskatchewan, Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce, Saskatoon & Region Home Builders Association Inc.
