Richard Carlson has a diverse legal practice focused on business law, civil litigation involving business matters, and real estate. He has represented a wide range of clients, including private individuals, business owners, financial institutions, and national and local shopping centre owners. With extensive courtroom experience, he has successfully represented clients in trials, chamber hearings, and appeals before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.
Beyond his legal practice, Richard is committed to legal education and community service. He has taught at the Law Society Bar Admissions Course and has presented at various legal seminars. He is also an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and has held leadership roles in multiple charitable organizations at the local, provincial, and national levels.
Outside of the office, Richard is an avid photographer and musician, playing soprano cornet in the Bridge City Brass Band. He and his wife, Trang, are also passionate about ballroom dance.
