Born and raised in Saskatoon, Randy Katzman has a longstanding legal career with a focus on real estate, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. He has extensive experience advising clients on residential and commercial property transactions, business matters, and estate planning.
Randy is highly regarded for his contributions to real estate law in Saskatchewan. He has lectured extensively on topics such as buying, selling, and refinancing residential properties. His expertise has been sought by financial institutions, real estate firms, and the Saskatoon Real Estate Board. He has also instructed at the CPLED Bar Admission Course and played a key role in drafting the province’s standard offer to purchase forms and trust condition letters, which are widely used throughout Saskatchewan.
An active member of the legal and local communities, Randy is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association. He has also been involved in numerous charitable organizations. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys an active lifestyle, including golf and fitness. A dedicated marathon runner, he has completed six marathons. Randy and his wife, Shirley, have two sons.
