Born in Saskatoon and raised in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan, Bradley (Brad) Jamieson has been with the firm since 2002. After articling, he became an associate in 2003 and was named a partner in 2007. Brad’s practice focuses primarily on real estate law, assisting clients with residential and commercial property transactions. He also provides legal counsel to some of Saskatoon’s leading home builders, advising on incorporation, property acquisitions and sales, and litigation matters, including builders’ liens.
Brad is fluent in both of Canada’s official languages and takes pride in serving clients in both French and English. He has successfully represented clients before administrative tribunals, all levels of Saskatchewan courts, and the Court of King’s Bench in Manitoba and Alberta.
Beyond his legal practice, Brad is actively involved in the Saskatoon sports community. He coaches both his sons’ hockey teams and coaches a JCVC club volleyball team. Brad is also the Assistant Commissioner of the Saskatoon Flyers hockey zone and sits on the Board of Directors for the JCVC volleyball club . In the past Brad contributed to the Saskatchewan CPLED Bar Admission Course as a facilitator and instructor in civil litigation. Most recently, he was a presenter on the topic of Residential Real Estate.
