Iffat B. Ritter

Born in Fort Portal, Uganda, Africa, Iffat has a general practice, but focuses primarily on Family law, Wills and Estates, Real Estate and Workplace Investigation. She regularly appears on family matters in Chambers at the Family Law Division, Court of Queen’s Bench. Iffat is also a certified mediator, certified parenting coordinator and certified legal coach.

Iffat is actively involved in her community and is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association. Iffat currently sits on the Legal Aid Commission as a board member. She was the editor of the Saskatchewan Advocate Magazine and a sessional lecturer at the College of Law, University of Saskatchewan for several years.

Iffat enjoys a number of recreational activities including travel, glass blowing, glass sculpting, metal art, reading and downhill skiing. In addition to her recreational interests, Iffat is a private pilot. She and her husband have two children.
