Lane practices mainly in the areas of tax, wills & estates, and litigation. He regularly assists clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and advises on matters of tax compliance and planning. He also represents clients in estate disputes and is well-versed in issues such as testamentary capacity, undue influence, and will validity. He is also a certified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
